student at any institution
Instructors are also elegible for access provided
that the material accessed is used toward the education
of students

enrolled in any of the following:
- a primary/elementary school
- a secondary institution (high school)
- an institute of higher learning (college/university)
- an alternative educational group that furthers
the search for knowledge
(i.e. Boy/Girl Scouts, Air Training Corp, Boys/Girls
club, etc.)
